Extrusion system Screw diameter is 62mm , L/D is 32-56, screw speed is from 50 to 500rpm, screw element made of high-quality alloy steel W6Mo5Crv2, surface hardness of HRC 58-60 after heat treatment, barrel matrix material of 45# steel , bushings made of α101, surface hardness of HRC 60-64 ,screw element and mandrel using the most advanced involute spline connection 6. Temperature control system Copper and aluminum heaters locate at different places in barrels according to request,all stainless steel cooling system, temprature controller of RKC imported from Japan, precise Temprature control , imported solenoid valve 7. Vaccum system Setting vaccum and exhaust ports according to process, vaccum up to -0.04-0.08Mpa, all stainless steel 8.
